Please "Bear" With Me .

Am here again at Apple store to charge my Mac Book prior to flying tomorrow .My new charger(s) still not here but have been informed one is on it's way to UK - No I'll not hold my breath. Been a messy week and sort of feel caught up in an Apple trap .Received an email from Apple EU from a lady informing me she owns the case ( she is welcome) and if I have any queries email her or call .She will deal with such .Sounds good but 3 emails later no response and of course the phone number is not known ..... Why am I not surprised ?
Meanwhile my blip is clear . I pass this on my trek to Apple . Know which I prefer......
