My brand new neck!

Well not quite brand new but new apparatus in there! Looks bad doesn't it, but it's fixed up my pain issues and alignment and curvature of my neck. So ... good all round.

Haven't done anything today except rest, watch the Aus-India match (fantastic performance by Australia!!) and enjoyed a visit by my lovely Pastor.

Just been watching the news and seen the reports of the co-pilot's actions in the crash of Germanwings! Absolutely tragic.
