Superb Saturday

Lucy and Paddy and their boys visited today. The sun was hot, the breeze refreshing. We climbed rocks and saw how easily people can become trapped, luckily we were too concerned with looking like fools to allow it to happen.

Italian for tea - cooked by own fair Cumbrian hands - when we were joined by Jenny.

Days like these make living by the sea feel like we are on a permenant holiday.
