Patterns

A trip to the hospital for hydrotherapy today. My third session. It went very well so now I am sitting comfortably waiting for a backlash of stiffness and agitation. I hope not but.... The end result is much more movement. I took some pictures today and they all came out fuzzy so this is an emergency blip. I have desaturated it, tweaked it and framed it. Nearly the weekend hurrah.
