Mull of Kintyre

As Mrs P was away for a few days, I took a short trip down the Kintyre peninsula for an overnight stay at Campbeltown. It was a last minute decision as the weather forecast at the weekend didn't look good. The weather turned out ideal for photography and I really enjoyed the outing.

The lighthouse is at the end of a long single track road, and Campbeltown itself is a long way from anywhere else, so this felt like a remote pretty remote spot to me. (Of course for the many people who live around Campbeltown it isn't remote at all!)
