Shade required

Another glorious day. Only managed to do a short run this lunchtime as it was so hot outside.
The building appeared to get hotter as the afternoon went on with most of us wilting under the heat.
Enjoyed my early evening walk in the park. Passing parents out with children playing games, young men playing football, groups of college students revising for exams and the dog walkers' all enjoying the fantastic weather.
