Chef's Table

An extremely long day.  Up at 4.45pm to get to London for 7.30am to run a seminar.  That ran till lunch and headed then to The Dorchester for a tasting session in readiness for a Forum that I'm helping with in May.  

This was the view from the Chef's Table, which was where we did the tasting.  The room actually as frosted glass windows and door, but at the flick of a switch it becomes clear so you can see the chef's working away!

Tasting session went well, and I am really looking forward to the lunches at the Forum - especially the first day!

After that we went to have a look at one of the restaurants for the dinners, which looks like it's a go-er, so all in all in it was a successful day!  

Got home at 8pm.  Bit tired!
