Rachel Godsill in concert

Went to hear friend Rachel Godsill in concert for the first time tonight - right here in Linton.  I've known Rachel through involvement in Linton Youth Music and have been very impressed by the the several choirs that she enthuses in the village.

What a night!  I was reminded tonight how much live music is about performance as well as...well ... the business of singing the (right) note in the right place.  So entrancing to see the emotions, quirky, funny, soulful bringing the music alive.

Hats off to you Rachel & the very wonderful accompanist Marie-Noelle Kendall.

And it was great to see an Accelerant there with his daughter in the front row...
