Last minute blip that bears no relation to today's missive.

A day of days for the entire FamiliaCogs:

1. BoyCogs basks in the glow of yesterday's victory and is called out of History to take tea with the Principal (!) before a school trip to the Dail.

2. GirlCogs' six month campaign to be allowed dye her hair purple reaches a successful conclusion.

3. Mrs Cogs secures a prestigious speaker for the conference she is helping organise.

4. And Cogs himself wins the election for the Board of Management of the new Maynooth Community College. He celebrates by referring to himself in the third person.
