LS X 454 Hot Little Road Number Vrooming By

I was coming back from Sarasota and this throaty number zoomed by me several times. At first I thought it was a mustang, but see it is a Chevy. Never heard of this one before-guessing it might be a Le Sabre X with a 454 engine. Liked the wheels, the car, and the sound of the engine. I was checking the license plate to see if it was an antique as it looked like a well cared for vintage muscle car, but it was a NY plate, not an antique plate, so don't really know-looked online and saw :
"1175 HP with 1100 TQ using pump gas and 1650 HP with 1600 TQ using race gas at only 14 PSI. Built and designed for the guy who wants to drive the hell out of his car, with brutal power and extreme reliability. This motor will get you in the 8’s at over 165 MPH in the quarter mile on pump gas. This is intended for the crazys at heart.
At Nelson Racing Engines our slogan is "We Make Horsepower."How do we go about doing this? It just may have something to do with our reputation for building the baddest twin turbo beasts on the market"-so non I know why it sounded so good!
