A Patchwork Cushion

As soon as Amy showed an interest in patchwork cushions, so did James. The difference is Amy wanted to make one whereas James just wanted one.

Because my interest in sewing has recently been fueled by my new machine, I thought I would indulge James and make him one. Unbeknown to him I found some 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' fabric and used this. When I had finished it, I left it on his bed for him to find. I'm glad to say he was very pleased with it, so the effort was worth while!
