I'm tired, lets get that out the way first.

Had a fin day in the sunshine with Amélie, we sat in the garden and she had some sleep in the shade while I spent most of the afternoon lazing around on the hammock. I managed to get out on my bike along to Maryhill, it was tough in the sunshine but refreshing on the way back. I snapped this guy blazing down the canal on his canoe, whilst someone cycles and motorists are 'trapped' in their cars.

It was my favourite nephew Owen's 9th birthday party too, so we had a nice evening with family after our little bbq salmon in the back garden, another nice sunny, eventful day. . . dram, bed!
