I went for some close-ups today. This was the best.

Earlier today we went up to Springwood so mrs tsuken could vote. What a blinking farce. Masses of people accosting you and thrusting their leaflets as you try to get to the polling station - and I really wasn't sure we were going to make it out in one piece.

In NZ (unless it's changed) there's no campaigning on the day, and the most the parties can have at polling booths is an observer. The spectacle over here is utterly obscene. >_<
