Have a break

Early afternoon we did cross-country skiing to the reindeer farm restaurant, then 'parking' our skis outside. Unfortunately the weather changed from blue sky in the morning, to cloudy and grey in the afternoon. But quite special, like wandering through a monochrome landscape.

In the morning we had some action. Internet is still not working and we communicate by sms with our landlord. So we received the message that the modem needs to be exchanged and a person should pass by around 11 am. Indeed someone knocked at our door at 11 am, but it was the couple being back with the replacement key for the car. Getting the car out was more difficult than expected, as it was parked at the end of a downhill stretch. Finally we managed it with 5 people pushing and a second car pulling with a rope. Part of this 'rescue' team was also our internet technician. He changed the modem and ... no change, no internet access. Seems that there must be some connection issue with the provider or the house cabling. Our landlord is taking up the issue again.

Anyway, we had a lovely reindeer soup in the restaurant, giving us the energy for the way home.
