Sausages.

My friend and I went on our sausage making course yesterday - what fun we had! Extruding our uniquely flavoured sausages into skins ( mine was leek, garlic and herb) - it was like being on The Generation Game....then the most tricky part was the shaping into links and bunching them.

They asked us if we wanted a job! ( ours were the only ones that didn't split and were fairly even in shape and size).

I almost gave up trying to photograph them as every time I tried to take a shot, I had a little helper keen to get in the picture......
