Easter Eggs 1

Catherine is 7 years old and lives opposite us. Since last summer she has had 6 chickens and yesterday Catherine and her mum brought us some fresh eggs for Easter Week. Now what can I cook with them? Simmnel cake? Pankakes? Jack wants to have poached eggs. We will see!

Note to NickC...just finished watching the last 3 episodes of Cucumber. Episode 6 had me in shaking and in tears. What a shock! The writing, acting, editing and sound were amazing and it was heartbreaking too.
