Confused looking Wood Pigeon

Well if its not confused? It certainly looks it! 
   Mind with the weather we have had today I think everyone is confused.
Wet and windy is an under statement. No small birds at all today and even the larger one were not very keen.
  I just love those startled,piercing eyes,as if saying, ''who,where when ''. 

Quite a handsome bird though?   lol
