5 bags of sugar
When I took the decision on January 1st to get fitter and lose the weight I'd put on over the previous 18 months, I set a target to lose 10 kilograms (1.5 stones) and get my body fat back to a healthy level of less than 25%.
The body fat target has been achieved.
5 of the kilograms have gone and it's full steam ahead to shift the rest.
The best part of all this is I'm not dieting.
I have an app on my phone to track what I eat and how much exercise I do. If I eat more than the calorie target I just make sure I burn enough calories to compensate.
