Lechlade

The destination of the second leg of our Thames walk today. It was unfortunately rather wet today and it rained for most of the 11.5 miles, but I'm glad we managed to get this leg of the walk out of the way today - I think it's probably the least nice part of the  walk as half of it wasn't by the Thames at all and 1 mile of it was along a rather busy A-road with not much of a grass verge to walk along. Still, Paul cooked dinner tonight which was a much appreciated bonus.

The day finished with a nice visit to the pub in the evening during which I had rather more to drink than was advisable, given how tired I had felt earlier and the fact that we're going to lose an hour from tomorrow. Ah well. You only live once!
