Intrepid Explorers

That's ME and HER.  We found a new place today, and we did climb up an awful lot of steps, except that SHE didn't count them, so I don't know how many there was.  And you do know what?  We climbed back down them all again.

Talk about an exercise in futility.

And do you know what else?  As soon as we got back to the car, I did jump in all by myself, without being asked, because I was so pleased I could have a little rest.

SHE sets a cracking pace I can tell you. 

Except she didn't really because she struggled a bit, and I did help as much as I could to tow her to the top of the hill.  SHE was bright red and panting a lot when we got up there. 

I thought dogs could pant.  But she could give me lessons.
