Oh what a beautiful day!

The first part of that song goes "oh what a beautiful morning ... Oh what a beautiful day .."

It's been an amazing day. Fabulous weather, blue skies, amazing church service, dim sum lunch, World Cup cricket final, Rugby 7s final ... Too much goodness in one day ... And no pain :)

Okay now more details: we had a visiting speaker today, James Taylor, no not THE James Taylor but the great great grandson of HUDSON TAYLOR .. the pioneer missionary to China from 1865!! I was a bit star struck because I have actually taught about the great Hudson Taylor in years past at Sunday School classes, so to hear his great great grandson speak was a bit amazing! We then had a dim sum lunch with him :)

And then ... We headed home for a frenzy of some amazing sport, cricket final and the rugby 7s finals, we were swapping between both our TVs as I was streaming the ICC final through my phone and mirroring on the big TV and we had the rugby 7s on the family room TV, it was intense and the outcome of the cricket final couldn't have been more perfect. Congratulations AUSTRALIA!!! Happy home here! The rugby was awesome too and Australia did win the plate, not the Cup but the plate in the Rugby 7s.

And I've enjoyed it all with the joy of being totally pain free, what an amazing day!
