Watching

Well, I went back to that shop which had the camera on offer - and I bought it. My first ever dslr. A Nikon D5300 and whilst I was at it a Tamron 16-300 mm lens as well. Madness.
So far I wasn't in the mood for trying it out as the cold is taking it's toll. :-( So I just grabbed my bridge camera and got a fairly good shot of a bird of prey sitting in neighbours garden. I wonder, what they are doing so close to a city.
