In the Kitchen

This is the kitchen in the house of the St John of God Brothers, in Mzuzu where we were so warmly welcomed 10 years ago and where we have stayed on each of our 34 trips to Malawi, nearly a third of our lives in the period.
Were it not for this hospitality, friendship, advice  and care we would have been unable to achieve anything. 
The picture shows the boss Br Michael cooking dinner while Mary is there for her company and a little gender balance. Ha ha
