The aftermath

We have literally spent all day today clearing up after last night's party. I have never seen floors so disgusting with spilt drinks mixed with muck from the garden. We've been scrubbing, vacuum cleaning, mopping and tidying since we got up, and the house is just about back to normal. 

I'll have to make a trip to the dump this week, as there's no way it will fit in the wheelie bin. This is a small sample of the detritus from the night.
