Before I left, Ellie, Sophia and James presented me with these reminders of my visit to them.  I am not sure there is any honour in having something reminding England about their performance in the cricket World Cup ;)

All is starting to be back to normal, although my need for sleep early evening tends to be quite urgent.

I did survive the Rugby Six Nations final this afternoon, when for once an England team did something to be proud of.  And against the French too!!!!
