Monikie 5K

Today was the day of the Monikie Ladies 5K race which was Stinas first ever race. She was really nervous about it beforehand and we had threatened to go out with a banner and doing cheerleader moves to keep her going (probably why she was so nervous!)

As it turned out she was the last finisher but she also beat her personal best for a 5K with by almost a minute (with a 39.39). before the race we'd promised her if she was in the bottom half of the finishers we would take her for losers ice cream at Visocchis so we went down there afterwards and ate so much ice cream we almost burst!
Todays blip is Stina as she SPRINTED for the finish line when she realised her time.
Very proud of her (again)
