This morning I parked the car beside these stairs and took a photo. It ended up being the only one I took today.

Today has been quite bad.

The nerves are definitely there, there have been tears, there has been cutting and I have got lower and lower as the day ends and the night begins. Now I am on countdown, and shaking like a leaf.
