Souper

Collected my specs this afternoon, then started to make some more soup for the freezer.  Chicken and mushroom, cauliflower, potato and leek, and roasted squash.

The recipe I had for the squash soup included honey, but I overdid it a bit, and it's more like honey soup with a hint of squash.  I think only Winnie the Pooh would find this one appetising.

Oh, and I might have had a glass of wine (or two) while I was at it.
