Learning How to Fish
When I got up this morning, it was 24F/-4C and there was quite a breeze. I was getting a little stir crazy from being inside most of the day on Saturday so I decided to brave the cold.
I went to a state park and found nothing for the first hour. Then two juvenile eagles and one of their parents flew out from the trees out on to the Potomac River. It looked like the parent was trying to teach the younger ones how to fish. Unfortunately they were too far out in the water and couldn't get a shot of them. But this one was kind enough to do a close fly by on the way back to it's nest (no fish).
