doughnut muffins

On Tuesday night need to bring a pudding to bible study for the last one for the term, so decided tonight I would try my hand at making some doughnut muffins that I saw the recipe for on facebook, although I did change the recipe a little to make it gluten free, just so that I could eat it as well and because I don't have any normal flour any way. Was quite surprised at how light that turned out. And they are so tasty will definitely make these again
