Unknown Species

I have blipped these dead plants before, maybe a couple of years ago but have never been able to identify them. I have even looked carefully in the summer months at the location I found them to see if I could see a live version of these delicate blooms but without success. Can anybody help here ? I shoot them just because I love their skeletal structure.
