Patterns...

The local Secondary has recently been re-built, but it still needed a bridge across the road in order to reach the playing fields safely ( in the new-build, directly from the changing rooms too! ).
The motto of the school is "Never Stop Flying", so the bridge has been designed to incorporate a metal shell with cut-outs of birds on one side. The cut-out bits themselves are on the other - rather clever, if a little twee - and you can just see them through the gaps.
Anyway - they make a nice repeating pattern for MonoMonday, as does the mesh grille, presumably to keep the sports stars of the future from escaping...
