Mono Monday Pattern

So this is my contribution to pattern for today's challenge.  We bought this pattern last month and so far, I've cocked up.  Youngest has lost interest and now the whole idea is being put back on the shelf.  I think I need to be in a better mood have better scissors and better material to get this project going.  Just forgotten how to do it even though it says easy!
