A quilt in a day ...

Well, almost.

I had a brilliant day learning how to make a Chinese Blocks quilt. Mine is nowhere near as advanced as this one but Helen, on the left, had a headstart on the rest of us by cutting out her pieces beforehand. (A bit of insider knowledge I think.) Also pictured is the tutor, Alison, who was excellent and had such patience.
The Chinese Blocks quilt is great for beginners as it quite forgiving.

I'm having to save mine for a future blip.
