Light Patterns

Don't you just love patterns!  The way they repeat and are so 'tidy'.  And is there any pattern that isn't pretty? 
Thought I'd have a go at light patterns with my torch and prettily patterned glasses which I bought from an antiques shop for Christmas day pud!  We touched on 'painting' with light the other week at college... hmmmm well it's a start .... well maybe a pre-start! 
Would have liked all the background to have been black... had a little tinker in Photoshop to try and make the foreground black too but failed/gave up ..... there's something to play with on a quiet rainy day!
