The Pen...

This has been my favourite wood build yet.

It was a wood housed mechanical pencil but I thought I'd try and rehouse it in Canadian maple plywood.  Specifically, the Canadian maple plywood from some of my old skateboards.

I actually started on this about two years ago and learned a lot of watch outs and don't dos along the way.  For instance don't drop glued wood outside and leave it to me rained on or watch out, standard drill bits aren't as long as a standard pencil and lastly, more primarily linked to the time it took, whittling away 77 plus layers of plywood is a lot tougher than just plain wood.
