Sometimes

It was an amazing view as I stood under this tree.
It seems that when life is difficult and I have challenges to face, I need to be outside more than ever. I need to breathe.
Sometimes, when I think about how many hours I have spent in offices and conference rooms, I think of the time I have not spent out in forests and deserts. I don't think of it as wasted time but it does feel like I missed so much.
