Fairy cakes

B is helping with LGBT stall at the staff conference tomorrow. For a largeish organisation their track record in this area isn't great so a few souls are attempting to raise awareness and tolerance.

I volunteered to help make 200 cakes, in rainbow colours of course, to tempt people over before they go in for the kill with the hard sell and tough questions.

One batch down...eight more to go...power cut...perfect...very 70's but not very convenient. Slightly tense (the oven is electric) and of course no internet so no blipping neither.

The fairy godmother was obvioulsy smiling down though, it was only an hour until order was restored - let them eat cake on the morrow, and hopefully understand why they're important.
