Homemade Carrot Soup

Today I did an experiment using 30 carrot tops with Skye's class. So as not to waste the rest of the carrots, I made lashings of homemade carrot soup with garlic and olive oil homemade croutons! Yummy!! Thanks Grades 1 and 2: you were a delight to teach!!!
