Technicolour Tuesday

Angel of the North.

What a difference 5 minutes makes. Here I have a snap of the Angel of the North with Technicolour sun rays beaming from its wing.

This was my second attempt to capture this image in as many minutes. I'm standing soaked to the skin having been caught by a sudden hail storm that blew me down a small ridge. The wind was so strong the hail hit me horizontally and felt like hundreds of injections!

So today's Technicolour Tuesday Blip qualifies because of the sunlight and colourful language used in getting it...
