Daffodils with Attitude...

Ele brought me these daffy yesterday and as soon as I put them in the vase they opened out and looked pretty cheeky!   They smell gorgeous too.  That scent that just screams spring.

We all had a lie in, made later by the fact the clocks jumped forward.  Bacon rolls and sausage rolls to get us up to speed.  Well up to speed enough to lounge around all day.  Can't remember when we've had such a lazy weekend.  Just what was needed.   

Ele and Kenny left about 4.30.  David went into the garden and spent an hour hitting golf balls into the golf net.  He's playing the PGA course at Gleneagles for the first time next Sunday and was hoping he'd get some proper practice in before then.  Not looking likely if the weather forecast is to be believed.
