well it was not that windy when we got this morning but in the night it sounded that it was blowing a gale 

Molly went to her sisters early this morning as i was going to see my friend for a coffee and a catch up it is strange how you meet people this friend i met though my friend who died the other year and we have kept in touch 

He actually lives in the Buddhist center in the town and has to do a day a week at the center so i go and see him there and get a free cuppa and Biccy it all ways taste nice when it is free 

Met Keith and we had our dinner on the sea front and later went down again so Keith could show off his BMX that he had built and we spent a good couple of hours down the front as it was nice warm 

Then i said to keith i could just go homemade chicken curry for tea so i got the stuff and that what i am doing with rice
