I passed!

Today was the SWRI housewife proficiency test for my preserves. Being new to all this rural stuff, I was terrified that I was going to fail abysmally and find out my preserves were way below standard. But I didn't! I passed with 1st class honours! A still thinks that the tests are flawed and that they should also look at the state of your house after you've spent time preparing for a test! Ha ha! Seemingly you can be classed a proficient housewife without even looking at your vac or iron :-)
