Sun, Seals, sand, sea and Holy island
Today I've been up to possibly the most beautiful beach in Northumberland, Ross Beach. My intention was to walk up to Guile Point and get a photograph of the light beacons for my Lighthouse project.
Ross beach is an old military range and there's apparently unexploded ordinance scattered around. I never saw any but I did see thousands of seals and I mean thousands, I felt very privileged, I took loads of photos getting as close as I dare, it was just the best day I've had images, I don't even care that I lost my sunglasses and my camera gear is covered with sand. I took over two hundred photos which will be uploaded somewhere soon.
