For a Sideways Glance

I have been to Douglas today and sat on a tribunal.

I was walking back to my car this afternoon, when, out of the corner of my eye, I saw this notice.

I stopped to read it and very quickly found that my day had cheered up considerably!

I am still wondering why I should be amused!
