French mice

It was lovely to not have to get up for work this morning - especially when I could hear the wind battering everything! Had a very lazy morning then nipped out for what was supposed to be a quick shop - just needed a couple of bits to go with Lottie's birthday presents. Ended up being out ages and buying extra!

I was hoping to get out for a blip this afternoon but it's been so windy, with some heavy showers, so we had an afternoon in doing very little.

It has been nice to have an unplanned day off, I really felt yesterday that I needed it, to try and get my head straight and catch up on some sleep. It meant I got some time with Charlotte who is much better. However I can't say I have really relaxed - I am so used to rushing round that I find it hard to do nothing! 

Went rooting for a blip - this is a French version of solitaire which I thought might make an interesting shot.
