Sandymount and Dublin Bay

Dublin has a beach! Only 25 mins walk from where we were staying.

Amazing warm sea, BBQ, and hot hot sun.

To get there you have to walk down Ailesbury Rd - an amazing straight leafy road with the largest townhouses you can imagine on either side. Found one in the estate agents with 12 bedrooms for ?2.5million - the taxi driver said they were going for ?21million at the hight of the Celtic Tiger boom.

Back to the flat, then out for a very nice Italian meal in Ranelagh.
