LOOKING DOWN......

.... the "mighty" Nepean River.

Another Wednesday wide angle challenge by Hobbs's Run and the theme is "Looking Down"!!

Thought about it a bit, and when it is 5 pm after being out most of the day, and not giving much thought till then decided why not "yet another" shot of the mighty Nepean River.

Well tried "looking down" over the railing to rowers and boats enjoying the magnificent evening on the river but in the end just liked this one.

Taken from the M4 freeway bridge looking down  (as challenged) the Nepean river North toward the Victoria Bridge. It was 6:47pm right on sunset time (which was a fizzer) but enough to get a bit of reflected colour in the scuddy cloud here to the north. Also just dark enough to start that magic blue ....

Drawn a bit of a "long bow" on the theme but here it is!!!
