Saigon street food: #04 - prawn noodle soup

Vietnam is a country of noodle soup. Besides "Phở" the national soup :)), there are many many different types of noodle together with broths. This is my favorite one: prawn, some slides of pork in tamarind and fish soup (it's a special kind of fish paste)
The photo is taken at Ben Thanh market, center downtown Saigon. I'd say it's the best soup in the entire Saigon!
"Bún suông" is its name in Vietnamese.
