The power of a song

A very lazy day, with the children still in their pjs at midday. With not much improvement in the weather and no particular need to go anywhere, whilst they were happy playing lego, I managed a much needed clean and tidy at home.

C's new teacher taught her a song last term, Chicken Tikka, mango chutney and a pint of water ... the influence for tonight's tea and the first time in ages that C hasn't rejected curry.
